1: Cleanse face with a gentle, soap-free cleanser. 2: Apply the Peel Pad over the entire face, avoiding eye area, lips, and any sensitive areas. Then discard the pad. 3: Carefully monitor the skin’s response by observing any redness or degree of discomfort including stinging, burning, and itching. 4: Rinse the face thoroughly with a gentle cleanser after a maximum of 3 hours, or immediately if irritation occurs. 5: Apply a protective moisturiser on top.

The Citriate Solution Peel Pads may be used once weekly. Reduce frequency of use if skin becomes irritated. This product can be used in conjunction with a daily regimen of NEOSTRATA® products.

Products that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA's) may cause initial flaking, tingling, and irritation to the skin. For some, this may be part of the normal resurfacing process. This improves as the skin ‘gets used’ to the treatment. AHA products may be introduced with less frequent use, and application can be increased as the skin acclimates (follow product directions). At first start by gradually introducing one AHA product at a time into your skincare regime slowly. Also, some breakouts may occur initially, due to the purging of the follicles. Discontinue use if you have severe redness, itching, burning, rash, swelling, or blistering.

Precaution: This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

First and foremost, delivery is FREE for orders over £30 and £5 for orders under £30 in the UK. In the EU delivery is FREE for other over €50 and €5 for orders under €100, 

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS IN IRELAND INCLUDE ALL VAT & CUSTOMS SO YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PAY ANYTHING ADDITIONAL.

All orders are despatched within 48 hours unless you have paid for NEXT DAY delivery, these leave us same day if the order is made by 2pm.  A signature may be required for some orders.  You will get a text/email on the morning of delivery and the ability to change the day/leave in a safe place if you are not going to be around.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will not be processed till the following Monday.

If an order is placed on a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed the following working day.

Our stock availability runs above 98%, however sometimes we or the manufacturer do run out of a product. If there is going to be a slight delay on a product, we will let you know quickly and manage your expectations.
