We understand that at times you may need to return product(s). If you need to make a return, in the first instance please email us at email@example.com so that we can arrange this for you.
We try to keep things simple here at Flawless Body and do what is fair for you and us. Here are some common reasons for returns and the terms that we apply:
If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, we will apologise and put right at our expense as soon as possible.

Any unused, unopened product may be returned in line with the following:
Returns must be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please dont just send the product back without contacting us first!
When returning an item please do so with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Please also ensure you get proof of delivery, either by receipt or a tracking reference.
We will be happy to exchange any unopened product. The customer will be responsible for all delivery charges.

If a product has been opened, unless the product is deemed faulty it cannot be returned. The items we sell are deemed as personal care products and cannot be resold once opened for personal hygeine reasons.
